Timelines
- Report perishable and urgent quality issues as soon as possible after delivery.
- Other issues should be reported within a reasonable time so evidence remains available.
Dispute handling
- Disputes may require evidence such as photos, receipts, or delivery proof.
- We may coordinate between customers, retailers, shoppers, and delivery partners to resolve issues.
- Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or an alternative supported method.
