Delivery coverage depends on retailer policy, availability of delivery partners/shoppers, and your selected location.

Delivery address requirements

  • Provide a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number where required.
  • If the courier cannot contact you or access the delivery location, delivery may fail.
  • Add delivery notes (gates, landmarks, building access) to improve success rate.

Pickup rules

  • Pickup availability depends on retailer settings and store hours.
  • Bring any required identification or pickup code where applicable.
