Delivery address requirements
- Provide a complete and accurate address and reachable phone number where required.
- If the courier cannot contact you or access the delivery location, delivery may fail.
- Add delivery notes (gates, landmarks, building access) to improve success rate.
Pickup rules
- Pickup availability depends on retailer settings and store hours.
- Bring any required identification or pickup code where applicable.
- Uncollected pickups may be cancelled according to retailer policy.
Failed deliveries
- If a delivery cannot be completed, we may attempt redelivery, return to retailer, or follow dispute procedures depending on the order context.
- Failed deliveries may incur additional charges where operational costs apply, unless prohibited by law.
Proof of delivery
